CLIENT INFORMATION & AGREEMENT:<\/span><\/p>

Concerning any medical issues for any of our spa & beauty service treatment from Body and Soul Spa Hanoi such as any Skin treatment, Laser hair removal, Eyebrows & Eyelash tinting, Eyelash extensions, Eyelash lift, Waxing, Nail care Manicure &Pedicure, Body treatment & Body scrub, Steam Shower, and Massage. Please do consult with your doctor before having any of our spa & beauty service treatment. Whilst Body and Soul Spa will take all due care in performing our service treatments. Body Soul Spa will not liable or take any responsibility for any side effects, allergies reaction, any problem which may occur.<\/p>

ARRIVAL: Clients should arrive with an advance of 15 minutes so as not to delay the start of treatment.<\/p>

LATE ARRIVAL: We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, if a client arrives late for an appointment, the client will have to settle for a shorter treatment\u2019s time. if the therapist is late, the treatment will be discounted according to the time missed.<\/p>

CANCELLATION AND RE-SCHEDULING: Clients must give a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. If a change in the appointment time is not appropriately given, the client will be charged the full fee. No-shows will be treated as cancellation without notice and fully charged.<\/p>

TREATMENT ROOM POLICY:<\/p>

. Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the treatment room at the time of service. All other guests must wait in the waiting area, there are no exceptions.<\/p>

. As the courtesy and be on time to the next client\u2019s schedule, your treatment room will be ready and available in 15\u2019 minutes right after your time schedule end. So for Massage & Facial treatment, we allow ten minutes for client consultation and dressing. Other services, the treatment room will be ready right after your treatment end.<\/p>

. The client shall be in the waiting area before and after finish the service treatment. The treatment room is not the waiting room, cleansing room or the locker room.<\/p>

WHEN RECEIVING SERVICES: The Spa wants you to relax, and enjoy your service. It is important that our therapist is able to focus on your service and skincare needs. WHEN RECEIVING SERVICES, we ask you to leave your child\/ minor with a guardian as you will not be able to properly watch and attend to your child\/minor while receiving a service. This is for their safety as well as the safety of everyone in the treatment room.<\/p>

MASSAGE & SPA  POLICIES: Massage services at Body Soul can provide the benefits of enhanced relaxation, stress reduction, reduced pain from muscular tension and spasm, improved circulation and increased range of motion. Our massage therapists are not licensed to practice medicine and therefore do not diagnose illness or disease; perform spinal manipulations; or prescribe medical treatments. Massage at Body Soul Spa is not a substitute for medical treatment, medication or diagnosis for any health condition a client may have. Clients should pursue appropriate health management for the condition he or she may have. Clients accept massage at their own risk and Body Soul Spa will not be held responsible for any complications due to customer\u2019s health conditions.<\/p>

. Due to certain contraindications and cautions for massage, massage therapists at Body Soul Spa must be made aware of existing physical, medical and mental conditions as well as medications. It is the clients\u2019 responsibility to keep the massage therapist updated on any changes in health status.<\/p>

. Massage at Body Soul Spa involves the use of touch, and at times includes the use of oils, lotions, or creams. Coming for any of our treatment at Body Soul Spa with a clean body is imperative for the health and safety of both the client and therapists. Personal hygiene is mutually respected on both parts. Should either party fail to uphold their hygiene responsibilities, services for that session will be postponed.<\/p>

. <\/span>All massage services provided are non-sexual. No sexual conversation or behavior will be tolerated. Any inappropriate words, jokes, or suggestions by the client will result in the immediate termination of the session. Massage service is terminated for inappropriate behavior will be fully charged.<\/p>

. Alcohol\/drugs and spa massage\/beauty service treatment DO NOT MIX. So we will not take the client who uses drugs or alcohol at Body&Soul Spa.<\/p>

PLEASE NOTE: that it is at the Spa\u2019s discretion to stop a service or refuse a service, if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the clients information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition. That we will not be responsible for any allergic reactions, injury, illness before and after you do the service<\/p>

ROBE AND DISPOSABLE UNDERWEAR: The client can keep underwear or use our disposable underwear. All clients will be covered and draped with clean linens at all times. Only the area being worked on will be undraped.<\/p>

SAFE BOX: Locker with a lock are available to store your items.<\/p>

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Body & Soul Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all personal items with you.<\/p>

CELL PHONES: Please leave cell phones on silent as to not to disturb your service or others.<\/p>

CONSULTATIONS: Please be aware that not all services can be provided at the time of your scheduled Consultation. It will be dependent upon the amount of time needed for the service, availability, and preparations.<\/p>

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Expiration is written on the gift certificate. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates must be present at the time of service.<\/p>

PACKAGES: All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are nonrefundable, and non-transferable. Packages must be used by the expiration.<\/p>

PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks or traveler\u2019s checks.<\/p>

NON REFUNDABLE:
All services are not refundable or exchangeable.<\/p>
