CLIENT INFORMATION & AGREEMENT:
Concerning any medical issues for any of our spa & beauty service treatment from Body&Soul Spa Hanoi such as any Skin Treatment, Laser Hair Removal, Eyebrows & Eyelash Tinting, Eyelash Extensions, Eyelash Lift, Waxing, Nail Care Manicure & Pedicure, Body Treatment & Body Scrub, Steam Shower, and Massage. Please do consult with your doctor before having any of our spa & beauty service treatment. Whilst Body&Soul Spa will take all due care in performing our service treatments, Body&Soul Spa will not be liable or take any responsibility for any side effects, allergies reaction or any problem which may occur.
ARRIVAL: We strive to ensure that all our guests are seen at their scheduled time, therefore please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and complete the Guest Intake Forms appropriate to the treatments you are receiving. Arriving late will not only limit the time allocated for your treatment, it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of service time with no reduction in the tariff of the treatment. Please also note that traffic in Hanoi can be unpredictable therefore allow enough time to travel to our Spa with sufficient time for check-in.
RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule your treatment, please notify at least 4 hours before your scheduled time so we can rearrange your appointment (subject to availability). Bookings made or requested to be changed less than 4 hours before the treatment cannot be rescheduled, as therapists and rooms have already been allocated specifically for you. This policy applies to all types of bookings, including last-minute reservations.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment time will be refunded 50% of the treatment(s) booked. (Note that all refunds exclude 3% transaction fee). All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no shows cannot be refunded. Late cancellations or no shows for Gift Voucher bookings will result in your voucher being redeemed in full.
NOISE & AGE RESTRICTIONS: Our Spa is an adult environment designed for relaxation and tranquility. To ensure that all guests enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, we respectfully request that noise be kept to a minimum and that mobile phones are turned off or on Silent Mode. Children aged 10 and over are welcome at Body&soul Spa as long as accompanied by an adult.
TREATMENT ROOM POLICY: Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the treatment room at the time of service. All other guests must wait in the waiting area, there are no exceptions. As a courtesy to the next client’s schedule, your treatment room will be ready and available in 15 minutes right after your time schedule end. So for Massage & Facial treatment, we allow 10 minutes for client consultation and dressing. Other services, the treatment room will be ready right after your treatment end.
The client shall be in the waiting area before and after the service treatment. The treatment room is not the waiting room, cleansing room or the locker room.
WHEN RECEIVING SERVICES: Our Spa wants you to relax, and enjoy your service. It is important that our therapist is able to focus on your service and skincare needs. WHEN RECEIVING SERVICES, we ask you to leave your child/ minor with a guardian as you will not be able to properly watch and attend to your child/minor while receiving a service. This is for their safety as well as the safety of everyone in the treatment room.
MASSAGE & SPA POLICIES: Massage services at Body Soul can provide the benefits of enhanced relaxation, stress reduction, reduced pain from muscular tension and spasm, improved circulation and increased range of motion. Our massage therapists are not licensed to practice medicine and therefore do not diagnose illness or disease; perform spinal manipulations; or prescribe medical treatments. Massage at Body Soul Spa is not a substitute for medical treatment, medication or diagnosis for any health condition a client may have. Clients should pursue appropriate health management for the condition he or she may have. Clients accept massage at their own risk and Body Soul Spa will not be held responsible for any complications due to customer’s health conditions.
Due to certain contraindications and cautions for massage, massage therapists at Body&Soul Spa must be made aware of existing physical, medical and mental conditions as well as medications. It is the client’s responsibility to keep the massage therapist updated on any changes in health status.
Massage at Body&Soul Spa involves the use of touch, and at times includes the use of oils, lotions, or creams. Coming for any of our treatment at Body&Soul Spa with a clean body is imperative for the health and safety of both the client and therapists. Personal hygiene is mutually respected on both parts. Should either party fail to uphold their hygiene responsibilities, services for that session will be postponed.
All massage services provided are non-sexual. No sexual conversation or behavior will be tolerated. Any inappropriate words, jokes, or suggestions by the client will result in the immediate termination of the session. Massage service is terminated for inappropriate behavior will be fully charged.
Alcohol/ drugs and spa massage/beauty service treatment DO NOT MIX. So we will not take the client who uses drugs or alcohol at Body&Soul Spa.
PLEASE NOTE: that it is at the Spa’s discretion to stop a service or refuse a service, if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the clients information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition. That we will not be responsible for any allergic reactions, injury, illness before and after you do the service
ROBE AND DISPOSABLE UNDERWEAR: The client can keep underwear or use our disposable underwear. All clients will be covered and draped with clean linens at all times. Only the area being worked on will be undraped.
SAFE BOX: Locker with a lock are available to store your items.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Body&Soul Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all personal items with you.
CELL PHONES: Please leave cell phones on silent as to not disturb your service or others.
CONSULTATIONS: Please be aware that not all services can be provided at the time of your scheduled Consultation. It will be dependent upon the amount of time needed for the service, availability, and preparations.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Expiration is written on the gift certificate. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates must be present at the time of service.
PACKAGES: All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are nonrefundable, and non-transferable. Packages must be used by the expiration.
PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks or traveler’s checks.
NON REFUNDABLE:
All services are not refundable or exchangeable.
